Feb. 1st, 2012 05:48 pmToday is the first day of my diet. It's exciting (as i get to go out and do more, that has a good effect on me) and abit eep, as i don't get to eat so much of the foods i like. I had some melon and grapes this morning which was nice and some vitamin water which is yummy and refreshing. Then later i put on my fitness dvd, the guy looked like my mate david and even acted like him, it was nuts and i couldn't help but giggle. He's so fast aswell, it struggled to keep up, i was all over the place, which i suppose is to be expected. I lasted about 30 mins into it. Bad i know lol. I had a big healthy lunch which was really filling, so i'm not feeling like i want to snack which is REALLY good.
